Tracker Appr App

About the Project

The Tracker Appr app is a variation of the web application with the same name, built for Android and designed for sales consultants at Lia Toyota of Colonie. It's purpose is to keep track of customers with specific/uncommon needs (e.g. a Toyota Corolla under $8,000), and continually search for the required vehicle online.

If a desired vehicle is not available at first contact with the customer, the user can create a query which automatically checks the Lia Group's website daily for a vehicle that fits the saved parameters. When a matching vehicle is found, the user is sent a push notification.

Designed to increase customer retention and sale levels, the Tracker Appr is guaranteed to reduce the number of customers who are put aside and forgotten about, and save the user time and energy at the same time.
