Tracker Appr

About the Project

The Tracker Appr is a utility web application with a native app's feel on mobile devices, created for sales specialists at Lia Toyota. It's job is to store and keep track of customers with specific/uncommon needs (e.g. a Toyota Corolla under $8,000).

If a desired vehicle is not available at first contact with the customer, the salesperson can create a query for the vehicle which is saved and checked against the Lia Group's website every 24 hours. When a vehicle is found that fits the specified requirements, the user is automatically sent an email with the vehicle's details.

The problem this web application aimed to solve was that customers with such specific requirements like the one mentioned above, were often put aside and forgotten, potentially resulting in a lost sale. By using the Tracker Appr, a car salesman can better manage and track their leads, increase their customer retention, and avoid some otherwise tedious work.
